Key Responsibilities :
Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, and sales
Perform audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing
Monitor daily ad performance, budgets, and KPIs
Create ad copies and coordinate with designers for creatives
Track performance using analytics tools and prepare reports
Improve cost per lead, click-through rate, and conversion rate
Stay updated with ad platform trends and policy changes
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnels
Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
Basic knowledge of landing pages and tracking pixels
Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred :
Experience with e-commerce or service-based businesses
