We are looking for a

Performance Marketer

who can

plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns

while also

creating high-quality graphics and short-form videos

for ads and social media.

This is a

hands-on, on-site role

at our Adampur office, ideal for someone who enjoys both

numbers and creativity

, and wants to grow with a fast-scaling agency.

Key Responsibilities:



Performance Marketing (Core Role)



Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, and others. Manage lead generation, traffic, and conversion-focused campaigns. Monitor performance metrics such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages. Prepare performance reports and insights for internal and customer review.

Creative Execution (Graphics & Video)



Design ad creatives using tools like

Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator

. Edit videos using tools like

Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar

. Collaborate with the content and strategy team to align creatives with campaign goals.

Strategy & Optimization



Understand client goals and translate them into ad strategies. Research audiences, competitors, and creative trends. Suggest improvements for landing pages and funnels to improve conversions. Stay updated with the latest ad platform trends and algorithm changes.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field. 1-4 years of proven experience in a digital marketing agency. Experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Working knowledge of graphic design and video editing. Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Prior experience working with international clients is preferred.
