Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Monitoring & Reviewing Dealer Health on a monthly basis with indices like Market share, financial health, Competition data, Salesmen Productivity, coverage data, etc. Creation & monitoring of Network blueprint for FD and adherence to network expansion plans for primary & secondary networks
Implementing, monitoring & reviewing - strategies for Weak District Development - LSM (Low Share Markets) Provide capability building support to de-growth dealerships and implement actions on identified areas of improvement Dealer Satisfaction Survey - Drive dealer profitability programs and Implement Actions for bringing down overall cost for dealers Visit & Support to Key Dealerships

Education Qualification

BTech/ BE, Preferrable MBA

General Experience

3-7 yrs (tractor industry experience is preferable)
