Job Description

Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns to drive admissions growth, franchise expansion, and curriculum adoption in premium schools. This role focuses on measurable outcomes, ROI optimization, and lead generation across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities1. Admissions Growth



Develop and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Display, Performance Max) focused on driving high-quality admission leads. Optimize landing pages, funnels, and lead generation forms to maximize conversion rate. Implement remarketing/retargeting campaigns to improve lead-to-admission conversions. Collaborate with admissions teams to track lead quality and refine targeting.

2. Franchise Acquisition



Research and identify high-potential geographies for franchise expansion. Create targeted digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Search, Meta) to attract potential franchise partners. Build automated lead nurturing workflows using email/CRM tools to move prospects through the franchise pipeline. Track CPL, CAC, and ROI for franchise campaigns and continuously optimize.

3. Marketing Curriculum to Premium Schools



Develop campaigns and outreach strategies for promoting premium curriculum programs to school decision-makers. Run LinkedIn Ads, niche education portals, and B2B digital campaigns targeting school owners, principals, and academic directors. Create and manage content such as case studies, brochures, and webinars to support curriculum sales. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and follow-ups.

Required Skills



Expertise in platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Ads. Strong data analytics and CRO (conversion rate optimization) skills. Experience with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared, etc.). Ability to build lead funnels for education and franchising. Strong marketing copywriting and audience targeting skills. 2-6 years of experience in performance marketing (education industry preferred). Proven track record of driving measurable results--admissions, franchise leads, or B2B education campaigns.
