Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Skills Must Haves: Proficiency in Performance Testing, preferably in Load runner or Jmeter or Load-Ninja ALM tools (Azure Devops) SQL Knowledge of cloud platforms (i.e. AWS) Nice To Have(s): Working experience in Banking or Capital market domain Job Responsibilities: Design, execute and maintain test cases to validate business workflows and processes. Ensure robustness and reliability of critical capital markets systems including data systems and front office, back-office applications. Worked extensively on data intensive applications, validating large data sets, performing reconciliation checks, ensuring accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial data. Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand functional requirements and translate them in test cases and effective test coverage. Identify, log and track defects through resolution, working closely with development teams and stakeholders to ensure timely fixes. Partner with automation engineers to ensure applicable functional test cases are optimized for automation. Knowledge of capital markets industry processes.
