Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management & Strategy
Act as the primary digital marketing point of contact for assigned clients
Understand client business goals, target audiences, and KPIs
Create customized digital marketing strategies for each client
Present campaign plans, performance reports, and insights to clients
Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
Social Media Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
SEO & Content Marketing
Email & remarketing campaigns
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Performance Marketing & Optimization
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPA, and ROAS
Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Allocate and manage client budgets effectively
SEO & Content Oversight
Lead advanced SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page) for clients
Conduct keyword research, audits, and competitor analysis
Coordinate with content and design teams for SEO-driven content
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and ad platforms
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights
Translate data into actionable recommendations for clients
Team & Agency Collaboration
Coordinate with designers, content writers, and developers
Train and guide junior marketers
Work closely with account managers and leadership teams
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
Strong expertise in paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Advanced understanding of SEO tools and best practices
Proficiency in analytics, tracking, and conversion optimization
Experience with marketing automation and CRM integration
Professional Experience
4-7+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency
Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts
Experience handling diverse industries (e-commerce, B2B, local businesses, SaaS, etc.)
Soft Skills
Excellent client communication and presentation skills
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads, Meta, or HubSpot certifications
Experience managing high ad spend budgets
Knowledge of white-label reporting and agency tools
Familiarity with AI tools for marketing optimization
