TIDA Sports is a leading sports academy dedicated to nurturing young athletic talent and fostering a love for sports. We provide comprehensive coaching and training programs in various sports. We are seeking an Performance & Community Manager who can Drive efficient, measurable growth by translating brand awareness into high-value user acquisition (app installs) and fostering a vibrant, active user community online

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

:

1. Community Engagement: Lead daily posting, interaction, and content moderation on high-traffic platforms (Instagram, YouTube, community forums) to maximize engagement and UGC.

2. Data-Driven Reporting: Track and report on MAU, retention rates, and channel effectiveness, providing constant feedback to the Brand Strategist for content improvement.

3. Campaign A/B Testing: Continuously test ad copy, visuals, and audience segments to improve ROI and prepare for national scaling blitzes.

Top 2 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

:
1. Monthly Active Users (MAU) Growth: Directly contribute to MAU growth from paid and owned community channels.
2. Engagement Rate: Maintain a benchmark-exceeding average engagement rate (Comments + Shares/Reach) on all social platforms. Required Experience: Hands-on experience in Social Media Management, ideally scaling an app-based service. Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
