Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a growth-oriented professional based in Bangalore with proven experience in Product Development and Product Management, ideally within the Investment Analytics reporting function of asset servicing industries. The ideal candidate will also bring strong Project Management and Business Analysis skills to support the delivery of new product capabilities and enhancements.
This role is part of the Performance Analytics Product organization.
What You'll Be Responsible For
As a Performance Product Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:Developing product roadmaps, business cases, operating models, product designs, requirements, process flows, and wireframes.
Documenting project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and architecture.
Collaborating with Service Delivery, Technology, Product Management, and other internal stakeholders to develop and roll out new products and capabilities.
Providing regular status updates and program management reports.
Communicating effectively with Agile scrum teams, business owners, and product management to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and mitigate risks.
Supporting product testing through test script creation, test data development, and user acceptance testing.
Working closely with SQA and Development teams to deliver fixes and enhancements.
Performing data steward tasks for user stories.
Becoming a subject matter expert for Performance & Analytics Applications.
Reviewing functionality and CUAT testing outcomes.
Analyzing SQA defects and coordinating testing efforts.
Ensuring production readiness by writing release notes and preparing training documentation.
Coordinating with model office and business teams for rollout and implementation of new capabilities.
Delivering training on new features and enhancements.
Supporting production deployments and large project implementations, including client onboarding.
Documenting current state, transformation initiatives, and future state for operational changes.
Identifying and driving efficiency improvements through automation and process enhancements.

Advanced degrees or professional certifications such as CA, CFA, CIPM, CAIA, or equivalent.
Comfort with quantitative methods and solutions.
Strong technology acumen and ability to work across business functions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in Project Management, Product Management, or Business Analysis.
Knowledge of Performance Analytics and related applications.
Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira).
Experience in Client Service/Stakeholder Management
Experience in Reporting/Delivery/Operations
Experience in Performance & Analytics (if not this could go to broader Investment analytics)
Computer skills: Jira/Project management tool, SQL at a minimum.
