We are expanding our digital marketing team and seeking a

driven, analytical, and results-oriented Performance Ads Expert

with proven experience in

Real Estate Lead Generation

through

Google Ads & Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Plan, launch & optimize Google Search, Display & YouTube ad campaigns
? Create, manage & scale Meta Lead Gen & Conversion campaigns
? Handle luxury residential & commercial real estate projects
? Daily optimization for CPL, ROAS, CTR & Lead Quality
? Audience research, competitor analysis & funnel strategy
? Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality & closure ratio
? Implement & manage GA4, GTM, Conversion API & Meta Pixel
? A/B testing of creatives, ad copies & landing pages
? Weekly & monthly reporting with actionable insights

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
? 1-5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
? Strong command over Google Ads & Meta Ads platforms
? Prior experience in

Real Estate Lead Generation is highly preferred

? Understanding of CRM integrations & sales funnel tracking
? Creative + data-driven approach to scaling campaigns
? Strong analytical & decision-making skills
