Role Overview

We are looking for a

Performance Ads Executive

who is passionate about

Google Ads and Meta Ads

. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in digital advertising, basic hands-on knowledge of paid campaigns, and a willingness to learn and optimize performance-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize

Google Ads

(Search, Display, Shopping) and

Meta Ads

(Facebook & Instagram). Monitor campaign performance including

CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions

, and budgets. Conduct basic

keyword research

, audience targeting, and A/B testing of creatives. Coordinate with the design/content team for ad creatives and copies. Track daily ad spends and ensure campaigns stay within budget. Prepare simple performance reports and insights. Continuously learn new ad formats, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong interest in

Google Ads and/or Meta Ads

. Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance advertising concepts. Familiarity with ad dashboards, pixels, and conversion tracking is a plus. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn, experiment, and improve campaign performance. Graduate in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

0-1 years

of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. Freshers with certification or hands-on practice are welcome.

Preferred (Good to Have)

Google Ads or Meta Ads certification. Experience running ads for

e-commerce or D2C brands

. Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
