We are seeking an experienced and data-driven

Performance Marketing Specialist

to join our marketing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across digital platforms, with the goal of driving measurable growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other programmatic platforms.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and conversions.

Budget Allocation:

Efficiently allocate and manage budgets to maximize reach and impact while minimizing spend wastage.

A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance.

SEO & SEM Collaboration:

Coordinate with content and SEO teams for enhanced organic and paid strategies.

Analytics:

Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing analytics platforms for reporting and insights.

Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams (creative, design, product) for effective campaign implementation.

Market Research:

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and quantitative skills Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization tools Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (preferred) Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
