1+ year in performance marketing/digital marketing
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Manage budgets efficiently to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
Research and implement new strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging ad creatives.
Generate performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools.
Experience in managing campaign budgets and optimizing for conversions.
Good understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and retargeting.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
