Summary: As a Perf, Risk, & Quality Practitioner, you will ensure that performance is delivered through performance optimization, continuous improvement, quality assurance, and risk management. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to develop integrated strategies that drive quality excellence and assess potential risks that could impact the organization. You will engage in discussions to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance overall performance and mitigate risks effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and strategies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development Angular. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and libraries. - Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize front-end performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development Angular. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
