Job Description

The Presales Executive plays a key role in supporting the real estate sales team by managing lead qualification, client communication, and follow-ups. This role ensures smooth coordination between marketing-generated leads and the sales closure process. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, proactive, and capable of nurturing leads through effective communication and product knowledge.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Qualification



Handle incoming leads from marketing campaigns, online portals, referrals, and walk-ins. Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and readiness to purchase. Maintain an updated lead database in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.

Customer Interaction



Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, and email communication to engage potential buyers. Explain project details, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and availability. Schedule site visits with prospective clients and ensure proper coordination.

Coordination with Sales Team



Pass on qualified leads to the sales team with complete information. Track site visit schedules and ensure post-visit follow-ups. Align with the sales team to understand client status and feedback.

Market & Product Knowledge



Stay updated on project features, configurations, pricing, competition, and location advantages. Communicate USPs clearly to customers to enhance conversion potential.

Reporting & Documentation



Maintain daily/weekly lead and follow-up reports. Assist in maintaining customer records, enquiry logs, and communication history. Provide insights on lead quality and marketing campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Minimum 1-3 years of experience in presales/lead management, preferably in real estate. Strong communication skills (English + local language). Excellent phone etiquette and customer-handling skills. Ability to work with CRM tools and MS Office applications. Strong follow-up ability and target-driven attitude.

Knowledge of local real estate market trends. Confident, energetic, and persuasive communication. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Team player with a customer-first approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
