Job Summary

Join our team as a Product Information and Master Data Management Specialist where you will utilize your expertise in MS Excel to manage and optimize product data. In this hybrid role you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity contributing to the companys success and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain product information and master data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate product data ensuring alignment with business objectives. Utilize MS Excel to analyze and report on product data identifying trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement data management processes and best practices to enhance data quality and efficiency. Provide support and training to team members on data management tools and techniques. Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures to protect data integrity. Work closely with IT and business teams to resolve data-related issues and implement solutions. Monitor and track data quality metrics providing regular updates to stakeholders. Contribute to the development of data management strategies and initiatives to support business growth. Participate in data migration and integration projects ensuring seamless data transition. Support the implementation of new data management tools and technologies to enhance capabilities. Engage with external partners and vendors to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data management processes and systems.

Qualifications

Require proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis techniques. Good to have experience with data management tools and software. Require strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data issues. Good to have knowledge of industry standards and best practices in data management. Require excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Work model is hybrid offering flexibility between remote and on-site work. Shift is D providing a standard work schedule. No travel is required for this position. Require proficiency in English for effective communication.
