Job Description

- Visual Communication Skills : Effectively communicating design ideas, concepts, and rationales to team members or clients. Actively listening to feedback and implementing changes accordingly.- Design Creation : Assisting in the creation of visual designs, including logos, branding materials, advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, website elements, and other marketing collateral. Following design briefs and guidelines provided by senior designers or clients.- Graphic Editing : Performing basic image editing tasks such as cropping, resizing, color correction, and retouching. Adapting existing designs to different formats or sizes as required.- Layout Design : Assisting in the layout and composition of print and digital materials, ensuring visual consistency, readability, and alignment with brand guidelines.- Design Research : Conducting research on design trends, industry standards, and competitor visuals to gain inspiration and stay up to date with current design practices.- Software Proficienc y: Demonstrating proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or other relevant design tools. Continuously improving skills and staying updated with new features and techniques.- Creative Contribution : Providing creative input and ideas during brainstorming sessions or design discussions. Actively contributing to the creative process and suggesting improvements to design concepts.Required Skillset : - Strong foundation in design principles, Good visual aesthetic sense, and a Passion for creativity. - Should have knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
