Job Title:

PeopleSoft CRM Developer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled

PeopleSoft CRM Developer

to join our dynamic team supporting a legacy application scheduled for sunset over the next two years. The ideal candidate will play a key role in

production support, application enhancements, and security updates

, working closely with both onshore and offshore teams in a

collaborative Scrum environment

.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

ongoing production support

and troubleshoot complex application issues. Design, develop, and implement

client-requested enhancements

and

security changes

. Write, optimize, and maintain

SQL queries and stored procedures

from scratch. Collaborate with offshore teams to

replicate and resolve issues

in lower environments. Participate in

daily Scrum meetings

to track progress and highlight blockers. Support

release management

and

post-release activities

, including occasional after-hours coverage. Work directly with

end users, business stakeholders, and IT leadership

to ensure project alignment. Proactively suggest and implement

process improvements

and

performance enhancements

. Create and maintain

technical documentation

, perform unit testing, and ensure compliance with best practices. Research and recommend

efficient and cost-effective technical solutions

to meet business requirements.

Must-Have Skills

PeopleSoft CRM 9.1

(core development and support experience) Strong experience with

SQL Server

and

Windows Server

environments Hands-on experience with

REST APIs

and

SOAP/XML web services

Proficiency in

debugging, issue replication, and production fixes

Solid understanding of

Agile/Scrum methodologies

and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira)

Nice-to-Have Skills

Ability to work

independently and collaboratively

in a fast-evolving environment Excellent

communication and analytical

skills Experience working in

managed service or rebranded support models
