Job Title People & Technology Solutions SpecialistJob title: People & Technology Solutions SpecialistThis role is in the People & Technology Solution Specialists team which is part of the HR Operations organization (Integrated People Services) of Philips and is responsible for the delivery of high quality, timely, cost effective, common and standardized people services to the business. A team of about 325 HR professionals is delivering HR Services to Philips employees and managers at all stages of the career cycle. Most of our HR Operations employees are employed in one of our 3 regional shared service centers across the world. You will report to the Team Lead Solution SpecialistsYour role:

• Provide administrative services in scope of the global HR Information Systems (HRIS) domain focusing on Core HR processes (e.g. Hires/Transfers & Basic Employee data)
• Monitor/analyze data flows between key HR systems
• Participates in continuous improvement (change) projects/ testing activities
• Support new releases of HR Solutions
• Work according to defined standards and policies

You are right fit

• Qualified degree in HR field or other fields from a reputed university and a Min 4+ Years of experience with Business process configuration & functional level experience in Workday HCM is must
• Strong customer orientation and an excellent team player
• Analytical and problems solving skills
• Affinity with HR IT systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and high level of verbal and written communication
• Change agent with good facilitating and project management skills, with a xe2x80x98can-doxe2x80x99 mentality
• Advanced knowledge of key MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good cultural awareness and ability to work with individuals from different cultural backgrounds
