to help us scale. In this role, you'll
source top tech & growth talent

run quarterly review cycles
, and
launch bite-sized L&D sprints
. You'll work directly with the CEO, gain end-to-end business exposure, and fast-track to a People Manager role within 24 months.
RequirementsWhat you'll do:
Hire 10 - 15 A-players per year across
engineering, product, marketing, sales, and academics
through data-driven sourcing and ATS workflows.
Run quarterly performance management (OKRs, 360 feedback, calibration).
Design and launch L&D sprints - micro-courses, peer learning, and GenAI workshops - measured by skill uplift and adoption.
Drive engagement initiatives such as pulse surveys, town halls, and recognition rituals.
What you bring:
2 - 4 years of experience in recruiting for startups or HR agencies.
Strong grasp of ATS tools and AI-powered sourcing.
Passion for learning design, engagement, and data-driven HR.
Based in (or open to relocating to) Chennai.
You'll be building the people systems that fuel our next stage of growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
