Description The People Solutions team is responsible for managing end to end employee life cycle operations for the Human Resources team globally. The focus for this team is to provide great employee experience from an operational perspective. This position is responsible for the completion of the day to day HR related tasks through various HR portals and system like UKG pro and Service Now. Responsibilities include -
Answer employee's questions through ServiceNow or in person (first level / first HR point of contact)
Carry out day to day operational HR tasks and support employee requests for verifications, letters etc.
Providing People Solutions specific support to the regional HR team for projects
Interacting with internal and external customers with a customer service-oriented approach
Supporting global HR program initiatives with ability to coordinate events
Work collaboratively with the global People Solutions team
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience
You will have an interest and passion to develop a career within Human Resources
A self-starter with solid organizational skills
An effective communicator with a focus on great customer service
Some experience within the HR field would be beneficial
Fluent in English and French – reading and writing
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools – word, excel powerpoint, outlook
Prior experience of working in a case management tool, HRMS tool
