Role Overview :
As a PeopleSoft Technical Manager, you will own the end-to-end technical delivery of PeopleSoft projects--leading design, development, upgrades, and production support while collaborating closely with business and functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the technical delivery of PeopleSoft projects (HCM / FSCM / Campus Solutions)
Plan, execute, and monitor upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and custom developments
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective technical solutions
Oversee development in People Code, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and Web Services
Ensure high code quality through reviews, standards, and best practices
Support go-live activities, production issues, performance tuning, and continuous improvements
Mentor and guide technical team members to drive growth and high performance
Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes
Required Skills & Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
8+ years of PeopleSoft technical development & support experience
2+ years in a Technical Lead or Managerial role
Strong expertise in People Tools, People Code, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker & Web Services
Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Upgrades, PUM, and Fluid UI
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
