The People Services Analyst acts as a point of contact for employees, addressing their HR-related queries, resolving issues, and providing guidance. The absence of a dedicated resource can lead to delayed responses, decreased employee satisfaction, and potential disengagement. By hiring a replacement, we can ensure timely and efficient support, enhancing the overall employee experience and promoting a positive work environment. Role accountabilities: Collaborate with internal service providers and stakeholders such as Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and finance to ensure smooth operational delivery to the business and drive enhancements in processes Execute operational tasks within People Services related to Mobility, such as International Transfers, Visa Applications, Visa Renewals, Permanent Residency applications, and regulatory monitoring processes. Handle various letter preparations, including address proof, employment proof, NOC (No Objection Certificate), and Visa covering letter. Additionally, oversee the probation completion process, send reminder communications, and issue confirmation letters. Effectively manage employee queries while ensuring timely resolution within the specified turnaround time Generate the organizational chart and distribute it to the management team. Manage communication related to employee birthdays, work anniversaries, long service awards, and new starters. Administer employee welfare benefits by reviewing employee marriage invitations and updating the marriage gift bonus tracker for payroll purposes. Verify relevant documentation and update the tracker to facilitate the payout of funeral benefits. Assist the Employee Relations Partner with operational tasks and documentation. Ensure strict compliance with privacy obligations regarding the collection, utilization, and storage of employee data. Assist People Business Partners in conducting Talent Inventory assessments and ensuring completion of Talent development actions. Provide operational support to people partners during the annual promotion cycle. Facilitate the HR Induction process for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience in their respective locations. Manage the onboarding program to ensure that new joiners have a comfortable day and the weekly onboarding activities are executed seamlessly. Oversee the management of personal documentation for new joiners. Handles the management and processing of long service recognitions. Work closely and seamlessly with People Business Partners and Talent acquisition team for better people experiences . Work with employees and business to deliver services as per request. Ensure effective & compliant delivery of back-end people operations Qualifications & Experience: The candidate should have an academic degree/masters degree (preferably in human resources) and 2- 4 years of progressive (HR operations) experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for this role. People Services Analysts often communicate with employees, HR colleagues, and management, so the ability to convey complex information clearly is important. Ability to build solid working relationships. Good attention to detail, good organizational and planning skills Solid understanding of human resources principles, practices, and employment laws is essential. People Services Analysts often deal with HR data and analytics, so experience in data analysis, data interpretation, and reporting would be a great value add. Proficiency in tools like MS office, especially expertise in MS excel Self-driven, good attitude, independent, proactive and a good team player Ability to multitask and priorities workload.
