Your Role
xe2x97x8f Support multiple countries across the world with benefits administration, including but not limited to
benefits enrollment, disenrollment, and employee lifecycle changes, reconciliations & audits.
xe2x97x8f Manage benefits purchase orders and invoices from approval to payment, ensuring that they are processed
on time and accurately.
xe2x97x8f Track and report on purchase order status and expenditures to maintain transparency and accountability.
xe2x97x8f Follow up on overpayment reimbursement with employees and vendors.
xe2x97x8f Reporting monthly benefit changes to payroll as required.
xe2x97x8f Support the Global Benefits team on annual benefits renewals including but not limited to preparing
employeess census data, medical underwriting and managing global holiday calendars.
xe2x97x8f Collaborate with other People teams for seamless program delivery.
What You Will Bring
xe2x97x8f 4+ years of HR or international benefit administration-related experience in a shared services environment
xe2x97x8f Highly accurate and attention to detail with critical thinking skills
xe2x97x8f Strong communication and collaboration skills
xe2x97x8f Ownership and proactive execution of tasks
xe2x97x8f Strong in Excel and PowerPoint
xe2x97x8f Experience in Benefits Management software such as Darwin is preferable.
xe2x97x8f ServiceNow and Workday HCM experience preferable
xe2x97x8f Strong time management skills.
