The People Partner acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people
strategies with business objectives. This role partners closely with leadership to drive
talent e:ectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, and
organizational development while ensuring strong HR governance and compliance.###
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership
Partner with business leaders to understand goals and translate them into
e:ective people strategies
Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, org design, succession planning,
and talent development
Use people data and insights to influence decision-making and business
outcomes
Talent & Performance Management
Drive performance management cycles, goal setting, and calibration
discussions
Support managers in identifying high-potential talent and development plans
Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and workforce demand
planning
Employee Relations & Engagement
Manage employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions,
and investigations
Coach managers on employee engagement, feedback, and di:icult
conversations
Drive engagement initiatives and action plans based on survey insights
Culture, Change & Development
Champion company values, culture, and inclusion initiatives
Support change management during transformations, restructures, or growth
phases
Facilitate leadership development and manager capability-building programs
People Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and People best
practices
Partner with People CoEs (Talent, Rewards, L&D, People Ops) to deliver
seamless employee experience
Support compensation reviews, promotions, and role evaluations

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Solid understanding of People practices, labor laws, and employee relations
Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret people analytics
High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills
Ability to balance business priorities with employee advocacy
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
5 to10 years of People experience, with proven People Partnering exposure
Experience supporting technology, media, or fast-paced organizations preferred
