Role Overview
The People Partner supports employees and people managers on day-to-day people matters, onboarding experience, and learning initiatives. This is a hands-on, people-facing role that works closely with HR Specialists and Analysts to ensure positive employee experience and effective manager support.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a go-to point of contact for employees and managers on people-related matters
Support people managers, Directors, and VPs on basic to medium complexity people issues
Partner with HR Specialists to deliver onboarding sessions and manage exit interviews
Own learning and development initiatives end-to-end
Support performance conversations and employee engagement efforts
Ensure consistent application of HR policies with a people-first approach
Requirements
8-10 years of experience in HR or People roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working with employees and leaders up to VP level
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and judgment
Organized, proactive, and collaborative working style
