Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle
Onboarding/offboarding - Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for India-based employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Deliver onboarding orientations and execute offboarding processes for the region, ensuring smooth transitions for team members.
Maintain data in HRIS - Update ADP with changes to employee data (i.e. manager, department changes) and regularly audit data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Partner with HR Tech and Analytics Lead to support system configuration changes and upgrades.
Serve as the first point of contact for India based employee questions.
Above responsibilities for locations outside of India will be added when aforementioned responsibilities are mastered
Payroll - Monthly
Liaise with finance and external payroll vendors for reconciliation, statutory filings, and audits.
Maintain starters and leavers information in benefits portals (i.e. pension, healthcare, EAP).
Workforce change - Partner with HRBPs as needed on workforce changes
Benefits - Work with the company's benefits broker, India based HRBP, and Head of Total Rewards to review India's benefits and administer the annual enrolment process. Ensure India's benefits information page is updated annually or ad hoc based on any changes to benefit schemes offered. Conduct benefits education sessions and respond to employee inquiries.
Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, global HR processes to support business growth.
Requirements:
Approximately 5 - 8 years of experience owning HR Operations end to end in India, plus experience managing employee on- and off-boarding in other locations (i.e. administering background checks, hiring/terminating in HRIS, updating employee file).
An MBA in HR is preferred.
Experience working for a US-based, PE-backed company, along with an understanding of the SaaS business model and the investment / fintech industry, is highly desirable.
Comfortable maintaining employee data in HRIS, ideally ADP and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel.
Experience and openness to working with AI-driven HR tools, Jira ticketing system and prioritizing automation in HR Operations.
Communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal, with interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and manage internal stakeholders and external partners.
Demonstrated ability to handle competing priorities and deliver results in a high-growth environment.
Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data and information.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to data integrity.
Ability to prioritize tasks and projects effectively and drive to completion.
