We are seeking a proactive and empathetic
People Operations Manager
to be the backbone of our growing team. This role goes beyond traditional HR--it's about creating an environment where employees thrive, processes scale effortlessly, and culture remains strong as the organization expands from 60 to 100+ team members.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Experience & Onboarding
Own end-to-end onboarding, ensuring new hires feel welcomed, supported, and fully equipped from day one.
Personalize the onboarding journey with thoughtful touches such as welcome kits, mentorship pairing, and clear process guidance.
People Operations & Administration
Manage HR operations, including employee records, compliance documentation, insurance, and payroll support.
Handle reimbursements, salary coordination, and other operational processes efficiently and accurately.
Oversee company assets and ensure smooth provisioning and returns (laptops, software access, etc.).
Culture & Engagement
Act as the go-to support system for employees, conducting regular check-ins to understand well-being, growth aspirations, and challenges.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives--team events, off-sites, recognition programs, and celebrations.
Collaborate with managers to identify development opportunities and support team performance.
HR Systems & Scaling
Build and maintain scalable HR systems, processes, and documentation to support the growing team.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies while creating frictionless experiences for employees.
Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Who You Are
2+ years of experience leading HR or people operations in an early-stage startup (50+ employees).
A people champion with a passion for culture, engagement, and employee growth.
Comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity and implementing processes that scale with growth.
Empathetic, proactive, and highly organized, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
