About the role:



Are you passionate about creating seamless employee experiences and keeping everything running like clockwork? As our People Operations Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all things People-related, ensuring processes, systems, and data are accurate, compliant, and efficient. From onboarding new starters to managing payroll and benefits, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and enabling our People team to drive business success.

What makes you a great fit:





Bachelor's degree or substantial HR administration experience CIPD certification or other equivalent HR body certification (desirable) Strong track record in managing HR operations in a fast-paced environment Hands-on experience with HR systems (HRIS), payroll platforms, and tools like LMS and ATS Skilled in producing meaningful reporting and data analysis to inform decisions Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills with a keen eye for accuracy Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication skills--clear, professional, and approachable Strong customer service mindset, ensuring a positive employee experience Professional and discreet when handling sensitive information Curious and data-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong relationships Experience of operating with a UK organisation HR practices and compliance Comfortable with occasional travel between UK and India offices to support People strategy

Key responsibilities:



Act as the first point of contact for People enquiries, ensuring timely resolution Process contracts, updates, and documentation throughout the employee lifecycle Arrange onboarding checks and induction for a smooth new starter experience Manage probation periods and support employee relations activities Maintain compliance with Data Protection and other regulatory standards Keep People systems accurate, automated, and secure Produce reports and insights on employee feedback, diversity, and more Deliver accurate and compliant payroll services, including year-end processes Maintain benefits records and liaise with providers Support salary reviews, variable pay schemes, and reward benchmarking
