The People Operations Manager is responsible for:As a People Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Global People Team to manage a small Operations team to guide them on providing support with internal employee queries, create and maintain internal processes (on and off boarding, changes in employment), and own administrative work. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who loves building relationships, has verbose technical acumen, a passion for streamlining processes, and provides excellent customer service internally with the top-notch candidate and employee experience externally.This is an exciting opportunity to join a company where you can make an impact, working in a diverse People function and being part of an innovative team.The TeamPeople Organization is a global team at Cint covering various HR functions like Talent Acquisition, People Partnering including Learning & Development. The people Operations sub-team is responsible for our HR support to all the above functions, alongside proactive initiatives in managing HR-related tools and platforms and executing administrative and backend tasks and processes.What You Will Do

  • Minimum 10 years of experience. Be responsible for road mapping People Operations initiatives, building & finetuning our employee processes, in collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders within the business
  • Have a firm understanding of the challenges your international/remote team faces. Build a trustful relationship with your team members, and provide them with a lot of support and mentorship to help drive their success as well as individual career development
  • Support & direct your team according to evolving team & business needs, as both a role model and an expert in employee operations
  • Act as a point of escalation for more complex employee questions, concerns, or complaints quickly, amicably, and with empathy by applying advanced knowledge of Workforce/Labor law across locations and HR processes
  • Lead the development of new processes to keep the People Operations Team scaling smoothly with Cint\'s growth on a regional and global level
  • You keep your finger on the pulse of evolving trends within the HR landscape, identifying problems and opportunities ahead of time and making data-driven decisions
  • Represent Cint at internal and external audits and prepare reporting on key employee metrics
  • Work strategically with other teams within People Organization and ensure a strong collaboration in cross-functional projects
  • Monitor and if required, execute full payroll process in specific regions and support the Payroll department by providing employee information on leaves and employee benefits.
QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator/Support of at least 3 years
  • Proven leadership experience of at least two years.
  • Proven experience in international organizations.
  • Proficiency in using HR software like HRIS or HRMS.
  • Proven experience in Payroll tasks.
  • Digital literate with expertise in using MS Office and Google Suite applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize and delegate important projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for in-person, email, and telephone calls.
  • Excellent skills in written English to create reports and meet tight deadlines.
  • Minimum Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in HR required.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of the recruitment process.
  • Present information in forms, tables, and spreadsheets.
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Thorough knowledge of labour relations and laws globally.
  • Skilled in performance management and employee benefits administration.
  • Experience in People Analytics.
