Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end onboarding, including documentation, follow-ups, and induction support.
Coordinate system access, process guidance, and ensure new hires are fully set up.
Maintain trackers and ensure all documentation is completed and streamlined.
Support HR operations such as R&R activities, Fun Friday events, and internal planning sessions.
Help with employee records, basic reporting, and general administrative tasks.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business/Management, Psychology, or related.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working with MS Office/Google Workspace.
