As a

People Operations Intern

, you will work closely with our dynamic HR team to support key functions like recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in modern HR practices and contribute to building a vibrant, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with end-to-end

recruitment

and candidate coordination Support in creating engaging

onboarding experiences

Maintain and update

HR databases, records, and documentation

Help organize

employee engagement

activities and events Assist with drafting HR communications, emails, and internal memos Participate in brainstorming and research on

people-first strategies

Collaborate on

HR analytics

What We're Looking For:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in

HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields

Strong communication and interpersonal skills A keen interest in learning about

modern HR trends

and tools Basic knowledge of Google Workspace/MS Office Organized, proactive, and eager to contribute
