Job role




ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, development, and offboarding. Manage performance management systems, including feedback, evaluations, and promotions. Drive initiatives that promote a positive company culture and support employee well-being. Organize company events, team-building activities, and initiatives that foster collaboration. Support conflict resolution and foster open communication between employees and management. Partner with senior leadership to align HR practices with overall business goals. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, handling sensitive employee matters such as grievances and disputes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies, practices, and legal requirements. Coordinate employee training and development programs to support professional growth. Promote a culture of continuous learning and career progression. Develop and track key HR metrics to monitor the effectiveness of People Operations strategies. Provide regular reports to senior management regarding employee performance, engagement, retention, and other relevant data. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for HR initiatives such as HRIS implementation, employee surveys, or new training programs. Track and manage project deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different departments to drive project execution and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

REQUIRED SKILLS:



Masters' in Human Resources, or related field (HR certifications are a plus). Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee issues. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent).
