We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Data Quality Partner to serve as the primary steward for employee data accuracy within the region. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of Workday data by proactively monitoring, identifying, and resolving data quality issues. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong understanding of HR processes who thrives in working cross-functionally to drive sustainable improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Data Quality Ownership: Act as the main point of contact for employee data quality issues within the assigned region, partnering with regional People teams and leaders to enhance data accuracy in Workday
Monitoring & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on data quality metrics, regularly updating stakeholders on the current state and recommending corrective actions
Error Identification & Resolution: Detect erroneous data entries, investigate root causes, and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate corrections
Follow-Up & Issue Closure: Maintain accountability for data issues from identification through resolution, proactively following up to prevent recurrence
Root Cause Analysis & Prevention: Identify trends and recurring errors through systematic analysis and recommend process improvements to prevent future issues
Training Needs Assessment: Based on root cause findings, identify training or process gaps and collaborate with relevant teams to support targeted learning initiatives
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to data governance and quality initiatives by sharing insights, participating in projects, and promoting best practices across the organization
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high data accuracy
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and recommend effective corrective actions
Confident communicator capable of engaging with stakeholders at various levels and across regions
Proven track record of driving issues to closure with persistence and follow-through
Comfortable working independently and as part of a virtual, globally distributed team
Solid understanding of HR processes and systems, especially Workday
Familiarity with HR data metrics, audit reports, and reporting tools is advantageous
Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and integrity
A continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to challenge existing processes
Preferred Qualifications
Min 6 years of experience in HR operations, data quality, or related fields
Experience working with Workday (HCM) or similar HRIS platforms
Proven experience collaborating with regional or global HR teams
Familiarity with process documentation, training design, or root cause analysis methodologies is a plus
