Supporting onboarding processes including new hire paperwork, orientation, and integration.
Maintaining HR compliance by ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Managing and maintaining employee data and records in HR information systems (HRIS).
Administering payroll processes and employee benefits.
Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and procedures.
