Job Description

:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Support end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Conduct new joinee induction, orientation, and documentation.
Training & Development
Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
Plan and coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and upskilling initiatives.
Maintain training calendars, attendance, and feedback records.
Payroll Management
Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions,overtime).
Coordinate with finance/payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Address salary-related queries, increments, and full & final settlements.
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.).
Coordinate statutory filings, challans, returns, and documentation.
Maintain statutory registers and support audits and inspections.
HR Operations & Engagement
Maintain employee records, HRIS data, attendance, and leave management.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, contract renewals, and exit documentation.
Track probation reviews, appraisals, and HR metrics.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Administration (Including IT Responsibilities)
Manage day-to-day office operations including housekeeping, pantry, stationery, and facilities.
Handle vendor management, AMC renewals, utility payments, and service provider coordination.
Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure.
Manage travel bookings, logistics, hotel arrangements, and reimbursements.
Handle visitor management, front desk coordination, couriers, and dispatch.
Coordinate meeting logistics, scheduling, and minutes of meeting.
Coordinate with IT vendors for laptop, printer, internet, and system support.
Handle IT onboarding/offboarding: email IDs, system access, and asset allocation.
Maintain IT asset inventory, user access records, and software/license renewals.
Provide basic troubleshooting support and ensure smooth IT setup for meetings and presentations.
