The ideal candidate will act as a key link between HR, business leaders, and external staffing partners, ensuring alignment with Ceragon's HR standards and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Manage employee life cycle processes for on-roll employees (onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits).
Ensure timely and accurate documentation, data management, and HRIS updates.
Maintain employee records and support internal/external audits.
Coordinate with payroll, finance, and compliance teams for accurate HR data flow.
Track and manage employee leave, attendance, and time management systems.
Support performance management and annual appraisal processes with HRBP and business teams.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency.
Handle employee queries and grievances related to HR operations and ensure timely resolution.
Third-Party (Contract Workforce) Management
Manage the full cycle of third-party workforce management in coordination with vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
Ensure proper deployment, attendance, and performance tracking of contract employees.
Verify and validate vendor bills, headcount, and adherence to agreed SLAs.
Conduct regular reviews with vendors to ensure service quality and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, minimum wages, etc.).
Work closely with procurement and finance teams for vendor empanelment, renewals, and payment processing.
Monitor attrition, absenteeism, and manpower gaps in contract workforce and implement corrective actions.
Drive engagement initiatives and communication for the third-party workforce to enhance retention and productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and government regulations.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure HR processes and vendor operations comply with all relevant labour laws and internal policies.
Maintain records and documentation for audits and inspections.
Partner with the legal/compliance team for periodic vendor audits.
Requirements:
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
5-8 years of experience in HR Operations and Third-Party (Contract Employee) Management.
Industry Preference:
Telecom / IT / Engineering / Manufacturing preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliances, and contract labour management.
Hands-on experience in HRMS tools and MS Excel.
Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
Eye for detail, process-oriented mindset, and analytical ability.
