Your Responsibilities:Work collaboratively with Centers of Expertise to ensure proper administration of human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
Point of contact for managers on all HR transactional and advisory inquiries, providing guidance, and support on the interpretation and application of HR policies and HR practices throughout the employee lifecycle.
Oversee the full lifecycle of employee management from on-boarding, confirmation, employment condition changes, to resignation. This includes managing inductions, re-designations, promotions, transfers, resignations, and conducting exit interviews with the intent to determine causes of leaving.
Handle submissions of payroll inputs as per statutory requirements and maintain accurate personnel records, including staff attendance, absenteeism, and other related data management arrangements.
Develops org design (job architecture, position etc) while implementing organization design changes including oversight of mass data changes, org structures and positions.
Advises on all HR matters such as policy interpretation, performance management, training & development, employee relations, communications, team effectiveness, and compensation & benefits administration.
Handle individual employee issues and answer queries to individual employment situation, terms and conditions, policy, procedure, and best practices.
Provides reliable and timely counselling to employees on issues to ensure consistent, transparent application of policies, procedures, and employments laws.
Provides competent advice and guidance on employment laws and legal considerations to people leaders and employees.
Advocate and utilize the integrated case management and meets expected KPI/ SLA's escalating any issues to their manager.
Follows the established knowledge management strategy and standards to uphold and update respective region policies, procedures, and templates.
Develops and updates HR-related documents and procedures to align with company best practise and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintains regular communication with employees, managers, and Business Partners also Advisory Lead and local advisors to proactively identify and address potential issues.
Support, advocate and strengthen the HR operating model with new ways of working to ensure operation excellence and HR service delivery.
Continually implement best HR practice and process improvements to improve People Services delivery and efficiency both from JMGS perspective and JM organization.
Undertake ad hoc project work and provide project support to the broader JMGS People Services Team.
Ensures adherence to data protection regulations and HR standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources related field
Proven operational experience in Human Resources
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience in Workday System or any ATS tools
Solutions-oriented approach to problem solving and conflict resolution with a strong desire to create a positive work environment.
Experience in completing multiple projects of various levels of complexity.
Comfortable with high volume workload and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Manufacturing and IT industry experience
