Technologies Used: Odoo Platform v15+ Based Development.

Experience with Odoo development and customization.

Odoo User base (Logged-in users) > 1000 Users .

Odoo on Kubernetes (Microservices Based Architecture) with DevOps understanding.

Knowledge of Odoo modules, architecture, and APIs. Ability to integrate Odoo with other systems and data sources.

Capable of creating custom modules.

Scale Odoo deployments for a large number of users and transactions. Programming.

Languages: Proficiency in Python is essential.

Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Java, Scala) is a plus.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 40+ members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines. Technical Guidance: Provide technical direction and support in Odoo development, customization, and integration. DevSecOps Management: Ensure efficient containerization, CI/CD processes, and Kubernetes cluster management. Data Management: Guide the team in data analysis, visualization, and processing large datasets using tools like Superset, Cassandra, and Presto. Agile Methodologies: Implement and promote SCRUM and Agile methodologies within the team. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and progress. Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Revenue Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation and financial performance. Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. New Business Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand the company's client base.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Overall experience of 15+ years in relevant fields. Minimum of 3 years in a people manager role. Proven experience in managing large teams and complex projects. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
