Facilitate and run people processes at each stage of employee lifecycle
Respond to employees queries in a timely and effective manner
Proactively reach out to and engage with employees on an ongoing basis
Develop content to communicate proactively with employees
Maintain relevant people MIS
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree is a must
3 or more years of relevant experience
+ Proficiency in MS-Office
+ Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to work with various functions in a collaborative manner
+ Skills in database management and record keeping
Candidates without prior relevant experience but good at managing operations are also encouraged to apply.
