Job Description

The ideal candidate should be confident, people-focused, and comfortable representing HR during employee activities and organisational events.

Key Responsibilities:

Anchor and facilitate employee engagement events, activities, and internal functions Plan and execute engagement initiatives for both office and kitchen teams Build strong employee relations through regular interactions and on-ground presence Visit kitchen locations to conduct activities and strengthen team connect Support HR in cultural building initiatives, communication, and employee experience Assist in grievance support and maintaining a positive work culture

Candidate Profile:

0-2 years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement, or related roles Strong communication and presentation skills Confident in hosting activities and interacting with diverse teams Energetic, approachable, and team-oriented Willingness to travel to kitchen sites as part of engagement and employee relations
