This role focuses on planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, strengthening workplace culture, and ensuring employees feel connected, supported, and valued throughout their journey with the company.
Key Responsibilities:-

Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities across locations (festivals, celebrations, team events, recognition programs, etc.).
Drive initiatives that improve employee morale, participation, and workplace satisfaction.
Support implementation of organization-wide culture and values initiatives.
2.
People Experience Lifecycle
Manage and enhance employee experience across key touchpoints:
Onboarding & induction
Employee connect programs
Engagement surveys and feedback
Exit experience and feedback
Ensure a smooth and positive experience for employees at each stage.
3.
Communication & Connect Programs
Act as a bridge between employees and management for engagement-related matters.
Coordinate town halls, employee meets, and leadership connect sessions.
Draft internal communication related to engagement initiatives, events, and people programs.
4.
Data, Feedback & Improvement
Collect employee feedback through surveys, pulse checks, and informal interactions.
Analyze engagement data and share insights with HR and leadership.
Recommend practical actions to improve employee experience and engagement levels.
5.
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, and Operations teams.
Support HR initiatives related to well-being, recognition, diversity, and inclusion.
Ensure consistency in people experience practices across all locations.
Qualification & Experience:-
Graduation in any discipline (HR preferred)
1-2 years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement, People Experience, or similar roles
Experience in multi-location or retail organizations will be an added advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Creative thinking and event coordination ability
Good planning and execution skills
Employee-centric mindset
Ability to work across locations and functions
Basic data handling and reporting skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
