Job Title: People Experience Coordinator
Location: Pune (Hybrid)
Experience: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding
Partner with the People Experience Leader to manage the full recruitment-to-onboarding cycle
Coordinate interviews, track progress, and liaise with candidates as needed
Prepare and send offer letters and contracts, ensuring smooth transitions for new joiners
Support onboarding activities, including virtual onboarding and security vetting
Employee Lifecycle Management
Administer induction processes and probation confirmations
Support reference checks and compliance requirements
Manage leaver administration, exit surveys, and offboarding processes
Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate employee data within HR/PX systems
Conduct audits on employee documents, policies, and compliance records
Provide analytics and reporting support for PX initiatives
Administration & Coordination
Manage the PX inbox daily, ensuring timely responses
Maintain an efficient e-filing system for compliance
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and global HR initiatives
Projects & Initiatives
Contribute to people initiatives, transformation projects, and team goals
Coordinate PX activities across the organization, spanning the full employee lifecycle Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience in HR coordination, administration, or a similar PX role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in HR systems, MS Office, and data management
High energy, positivity, and a collaborative mindset
