The position / About the Job:
As a People Development Specialist, you will be responsible to -
- Conduct learning needs diagnosis to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization. Utilize findings to shape learning strategies.
- Develop comprehensive training and learning programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and training materials.
- Utilize instructional design principles to create effective and engaging learning experiences, incorporating adult learning theory and appropriate instructional methods.
- Create a structured quarterly learning calendar aligned with business objectives, ensuring a diverse mix of engaging programs and activities.
- Assess program effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments for improved outcomes.
- Implement digital learning strategies, leveraging technology and learning management systems (LMS) for an enhanced learning experience while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Manage and update training content and resources to maintain relevance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR, department heads, and subject matter experts to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Evaluate and select external vendors, platforms, or resources for learning initiatives, ensuring quality and value.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.
- Establish and maintain the infrastructure necessary for effective learning and development, including learning management systems and resources.
What you can be -
- MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institute
- Min 4+ years\' proven experience in L&D with strong instructional design skills
- Relevant certifications in learning and development are an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Strong communication Skills, project management skills and high learning agility.
- Curious to learn and generate ideas.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Updated knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
