Alfa Laval is looking for a qualified Competence Development Manager for the cluster India, Middle East, and Africa to provide high quality support in people development. Considering the disruptions in the market because of VUCA, we need a qualified competence development manager who will work closely with the business managers and leaders to identify the future skills and competence gap, design the learning plans, and implement to make the workforce ready for the future. His/her role is to facilitate the learning culture in the organization.
Our ideal candidates should have solid experience in Learning & development, identifying training needs, designing the learning paths, and executing those with the support of HRBPs in respective business units.

Purpose:
Support and inspire management by proactively driving organizational, leadership and competence development to stay competitive/attractive on the people side to create better customer experience.
Competence Development Manager works closely with HRBPs, business leaders in the cluster to improve business outcomes through People Development activities and strategy in alignment with business needs.
