Job Description

Strategy and alignment:

Develop and implement a comprehensive employee development strategy that supports the company's business objectives.

Program design and delivery:

Create, develop, and deliver learning programs through various methods, such as in-person training, virtual sessions, and e-learning.

Needs assessment:

Partner with leaders and managers to identify individual and team skill gaps and training needs.

Leadership and talent development:

Oversee leadership programs and other talent development initiatives to build a strong internal talent pipeline.

Performance management:

Design and implement methods to assess and enhance employee performance.

Measurement and evaluation:

Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of development programs and report on results to stakeholders.

Vendor management:

Collaborate with and negotiate with external vendors for specialized training solutions.

Culture:

Foster a culture of continuous learning and provide guidance to managers on people management and development.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?53,739.69 per month

Work Location: In person
