Job Description


Responsibility Managing the delivery of learning journeys for the OSBI Operations Lending and Savings business areas Managing a team of 10-15 Trainers and Supervisors aligned to the People Development operations training unit Supervise the effective delivery of product, process and regulatory training at OSBI Supervise and curate curriculums - eLearning, micro learning, Video and Audio, CBT and virtual content Facilitate in the capacity of an L&D consultant to enable management and people development of Operations teams Use available research, reporting and analytics tools to drive strategic conversations with business leaders and identify opportunities to develop new programs and solutions. Enable trainers to consult on learning effectiveness through ROI and report success and benefits to the business Support the Banks Project and Integration pipeline through effective and timely consultation, design and delivery Support and consult on the communication framework enabled for the operations training teams. Support cross-cultural collaboration to enable UK regulatory and compliance themes are embedded into training Psychometric profiling and coaching as needed Assure the application of effective training principles/methods/philosophies Work effectively on the Learning management system to enable good reporting practices Think critically when making decisions and solving problems Assure actions are consistent with business goals and objectives Use effective interpersonal & interdepartmental communication techniques As nominated Risk Support for your function, work alongside the Risk function in developing and maintaining a risk management agenda, acting both to ensure the necessary levels of transparency for potential risks and promoting a positive culture of awareness and accountability throughout your function Line manage and coach all direct reports, including all aspects of performance management, conduct, employee administration and recruitment Maintain the company\'s compliance standards and ensure timely completion of all mandatory on-line training modules and attestations Prerequisite - 7-8 years of experience in training is essential. At least 3-4 years as a Training Supervisor preferably within Financial Services Experience of e-learning/design tools will be preferred Experience with LMS
