In this position you have an opportunity to unleash the potential of our colleagues and help drive our Play to Win culture through a powerful learning environment.This is accomplished through three primary roles: Learning Business Partner, Program Portfolio Manager and Facilitator. The People Development Learning Institute scope includes transversal, leadership and management skills, and this position is part of the International & JPAC regional team.

Main responsibilities :

• Learning Business Partner
  • Collaborates with HR and the business to assess priority learning needs connected with Strategic Workforce Planning and identifies relevant and sustainable learning solutions.
  • Engages business leaders and HR community to leverage the appropriate internal learning resources to drive consistency and limit unnecessary external spend. Connects business to other Learning Institutes as appropriate.
  • Informs global People Development Learning Institute of specific development needs for their geography. Coordinates the design and delivery of local learning solutions if needed when there are no global solutions available.
  • Partners with the broader learning community in the geography to explore synergy, build integration and strengthen Sanofi learning culture.
  • Connects with HR, Talent Management, DE&I as well as the Global and Regional PDLI teams to leverage learning solutions and share best practices.
• Program Portfolio Manager
  • Plans and implements PDLI annual schedule based on anticipated demand, combining learning modalities (open enrollment, intact teams, face to face, virtual, self learning, instructor-led) to meet business and geography needs.
  • Increases awareness and utilization of PDLI programs through clear and timely communications and promotions.
  • Develops a strong and sustainable internal facilitators network to ensure the delivery capacity matches the volume and quality needs.
  • Makes wise choices on the use of external learning partners and oversees their activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Manages budget for programs under their responsibility
  • Partners with Learning Delivery to ensure accuracy in iLearn records and process efficiency on the logistics supporting the delivery of PDLI programs.
  • Contributes to global designs and enhancements of programs, applying global COE learning standards and balancing local and global perspectives.
• Facilitator
  • Facilitates PDLI programs to the highest standard, serving as a role model to other facilitators
  • In partnership with global PDLI, coordinates the selection, certification, onboarding, development, recognition and tracking of activity level for local facilitators involved in the delivery of the PDLI offer.

To be successful in this position we look for candidates with the following requirements:

• University degree, preferably but not limited to Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration.

• 8 + years of progressive Human Resources and/or relevant business experience in the context of a global, matrixed organization. Experience on global/regional initiatives is welcome

• Fluent English

Skills & Competencies: Business Partnering, Collaboration, Written and oral communications, Facilitation skills, Coaching skills, Project Management, Data analysis, Adaptability (time zones and cultural differences)
