JOB OVERVIEW
You'll be Jurex's first dedicated People & Ops hire, building the foundation of our team culture and operational excellence as we scale. You'll work directly with the founding team to:
Build recruitment pipelines and hire top talent across legal, tech, and business functions
Design onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success
Establish HR policies, compliance frameworks, and employee engagement programs
Manage day-to-day operations including office management, vendor relationships, and administrative processes
Support cross-border operations between different countries
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management across legal, tech, and business roles
HR Operations:
Create and maintain HR documentation including employment contracts, policies, NDAs, and ensure compliance with Indian and US regulations
Design onboarding/offboarding experiences, run employee engagement programs, and maintain HRIS systems for attendance and leave tracking
Operations & Administration:
Handle office administration, vendor management, IT asset allocation, and coordinate with finance for payroll processing
Support cross-border operations between India and US entities
Implement HR tech stack, create SOPs, track people metrics, and support leadership with strategic initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Skills:
Bachelor's degree
Strong communication & English speaking skills, organization, and people skills
Comfortable with Mail, Spreadsheets & basic computer work
Mindset & Experience:
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can build processes from 0 to 1
Experience with cross-border/multi-entity operations (preferred)
Background or interest in employee engagement or culture building
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Probation Period: ?10,000 - ?15,000/month
Post-Probation: Potential to convert into full-time role at ?5-8 LPA CTC
All meals at office (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
