1. Employee Engagement & Culture Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs. Support initiatives that strengthen company culture and boost employee morale. Gather feedback via surveys and team interactions to improve the workplace environment. 2. Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in recruitment processes: job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication. Conduct onboarding sessions and create video-based onboarding content for new hires. Maintain an organized recruitment and HR database. 3. HR Operations & Administration Maintain employee records, attendance tracking, and HR files. Assist with payroll, benefits, and HR policy communication. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. 4. Video & Internal Communication Create short video presentations, reels, and clips for internal updates, training, and HR campaigns. Appear on-camera to deliver messages, training snippets, or employee spotlights. Collaborate with marketing/branding teams to produce content that highlights company culture and values. Support internal newsletters, announcements, and digital communications with visual content. 5. Learning & Development Support Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and skill development programs. Create video tutorials or guides for employee learning initiatives. Track training attendance and feedback to enhance programs.
