:
The People and Culture Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture function and overall administration support to Jord Group. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills to support both the team and broader organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
oMaintain and update P&C database and other P&C information systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
oHandle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and documentation.
oAssist with onboarding of new employees, including arranging joining kits and managing documentation.
oSupport preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related communications.
oProvide leave balance reports on a monthly basis for payroll processing.
oAssist in insurance documentation and coordinate submission of staff claims.
oAssist with coordination and logistics for company events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
oAct as a point of contact for general employee queries, ensuring timely and professional responses or escalation where needed.
oMaintain up-to-date employee records in line with company policy and compliance requirements.
oMaintaining travel system and act as travel booker including processing of required visas (such as work or business visas)
oSupport coordination of facility needs and any renovations or office-related improvements.
oSupport the coordination of learning sessions, maintain training records, and help track participation and completion.
oMaintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all employee interactions and data handling.
oProvide timely, efficient executive support to the People and Culture Manager
oProvide general office administration support as required
oEnsure the office environment is well-maintained and adheres to company standards and safety protocols.
oAdhere to all Jord company policies and IMS requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
